This luxury 5 bedroomed modern villa has real Turkish character and is located at the base of the impressive Mendos mountain with amazing views of Babadag where the paragliders start their decent down to Oludeniz beach.

The villa has it’s own private pool with sun beds and parasols . A marble staircase takes you to the bottom and 1st floor bedrooms and landing areas. A large covered terrace is fully equipped for outside dining and can provide shade from the hot sun. Each of the 5 bedrooms has air-conditioning.

Mature and well manicured gardens with olive, lemon, banana, apple, plum, apricot, cherry, avocado, peach, pear, orange, grapefruit, fig, walnut, mandarin, pomegranate trees and many flowering bushes/plants with large grassed area for playing games etc.
A covered terrace from lounge/dining room with table and chairs.
Private swimming pool (10m x 5m) with terrace area. 12 x sun loungers and 6 parasols with small drinks tables, also by the pool is a outside table and 12 chairs.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bedlinen, hand and bath towels are provided. For holiday of 10 days or more, a mid stay clean will be provided with a change of sheets and towels.
